ROVING FOR CAR HEADLINER

Roving 2400Tex, Strand 15/25-30Tex

MACHD-R-2400 1 to 3 series roving is made of "E" Glassfiber. It is product can be used in performing process. It is suitable for manufacturing of the ceiling of cars or trucks , super and middle - grade.

PERFORMANCE
  • Well gathered strand, good choppability and dispersion
  • Small pile height after being chopped
  • Good anti-static, low fuzz
  • Coupling agent: Silane

SPECIFICATION
  • Roving density ( g/km ): 2400 + 7%Tex
  • Loss on ignition: 1.1 + 0.2%
  • Moisture content: 0.2% max
  • Filament diamanter: 11 -- 13 um
  • Strand tex : 30Tex
  • 15Tex or 25Tex/strand will be produced on special order only.

PACKING
  • By case: 2 rolls / case. Inside, PE Bag or PE shrinkage package. Outside, corrugated carton Net weight 18 + 0.5kg per roll.
  • By pallet: 48 rolls / plt. Net weight: 864kg / plt. or 64 rolls / plt net weight: 1152kg / plt.

STORAGE
  • Unless specified, the product should be stored in a dry and cool place. Don't open the package to prevent moisture absorption from the ambient.
  • Cases cannot be stacked higher than 5 tiers. Pallets cannot be stacked higher than 2 tiers
