CHOPPED STRAND
(PA, PBT, PS, PC, PP, ABS) 3.0/4.5mm
MACS-FRTP-1 / 2 series is made of "E" Glassfiber. It is product can be used in injection process (chopped Fiberglass). It is suitable for manufacturing of PA, PP PET, ABS, AS, and thermoplastic grain material and it's products.
PERFORMANCE
- Well gathered strand, dispersed and flowed well in resin.
- Less floss bits content, low fuzz
- Wet - through good, Contact with the surface of PA< PP. eg, thermoplastic basic resin tightly.
- Good moisture resistance
- Coupling agent: Silane

- Loss on ignition: 0.7 + 1.5%
- Moisture content: 0.2% max
- Filament diamanter: 11 -- 11 um

- By case: Inside, PE Bag . Outside, braided bag Net weight 25kg.

STORAGE
- Unless specified, the product should be stored in a dry and cool place. Don't open the package to prevent moisture absorption from the ambient.
- Cases cannot be stacked higher than 5 tiers. Pallets cannot be stacked higher than 2 tiers
BMC 6 mm
MACS-BMC- 1 is made of "E" Glassfiber. It is product can be used in BMC injection process. It is suitable for manufacturing of electric switches, butt stock, frame for optical sound reproducer, automobile light reflector including various thermoset FRP products.

- Wet - through good, Combines well with unsaturated polyester resin
